Our wonderful old building was originally built in 1956. The next addition was in 1974 when indoor large animal facilities were added on. In 2007 when Mr. and Dr. DeVault purchased the building from Dr. Schmidtke, it was a flat top building. Since that date the building was crowned with a roof allowing additional conference room, office space, and an apartment. Three additional exam rooms were added, along with a face lift on the building's indoor aesthetics. State of the art lab equipment, and surgical monitoring, was added to enhance the hospital's ability to treat all levels of patient's needs. In 2014, the indoor large animal facilities were updated with scales, new WW chute, and holding pens. |
So Long Antique Chute!
June of 2009 we began renovating the large animal room. In 2014 we were able to get rid of our antique chute and replace it with a brand new WW chute and holding pins.

Our large animal room is quite spacious providing lots of room to meet your large animal needs.

New WW Chute and Scales!
This chute has seen C-sections, hundreds of castrations, dystocias, vaccinations, lameness , BSEs, cancer surgeries, sick cows and healthy one alike. All that in the first year of its service.
